Rules and Regulations of the venue

TICKETING TERMS
• Valid Ticket Required: All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Digital tickets must be clearly visible on mobile devices.

•  Your ticket(s) will be issued to the mobile-app account associated with the e-mail address provided at the point of purchase, no later than 48hrs before the event. It has security measures to prevent it being shared, copied or re-used.
• Age Restrictions: 14+. Anyone under the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult 21+ years old.
• No Re-entry: Strictly no re-entry once the ticket has been validated and scanned at the entrance.
• Physical ID Check: Government-issued photo ID may be required for verification. The name on the ticket must match the ID presented.
• Unauthorized Sales: Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources will be invalid. Purchase only from official Pop kong Website.

• Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items

 
VENUE RULES

• Outside food and beverages
• Professional cameras and recording equipment
• Selfie sticks and drones
• Weapons or sharp objects
• Illegal substances
• Laser pointers
• Large bags or backpacks
• Alcohol served only to those aged 21+
• Food & Beverages: Food and drinks are available at Etihad Park. No external food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.
• Smoking is allowed in designated areas.


ACCESSIBILITY
• People of Determination: Wheelchair assistance available upon request. Accessible viewing platforms and restrooms are available at designated areas.
• Medical Assistance: On-ground medical staff available throughout the venue.


Show Timing
• Gates open 2 hours before showtime
• Performance times subject to change without notice
• No refunds for artist cancellations beyond promoter control
 
EVENT GUIDELINES
• Performance Changes: Artist lineup and performance times are subject to change without notice.
• Photography: Personal photography allowed, but professional equipment requires prior written permission.

 
LIABILITY & SAFETY
• Personal Belongings: Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Right to Refuse: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone causing disturbance or not complying with the terms.
• Force Majeure: The Event may be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond control. Refunds are subject to the organizer's discretion.
• Recording: By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.


REFUND POLICY
• No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation.
• Major changes: partial refund at the organizer's discretion
• No refunds for weather conditions
• Event Changes: In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date.
• Refunds processed within 30 days
• No refunds for lineup changes
