• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the event date(s) and times specified.

• Refunds & Exchanges: Tickets can only be refunded or replaced if there is an error in purchase or if the event is canceled. All other circumstances, including personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or weather, are non-refundable.

• Transfer of Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable unless specifically allowed by the festival.

• Entry Requirements: Ticket holders may be required to present a valid ID matching the ticket name at entry.

3. Merchandise & Physical Products

• Refund Eligibility: Merchandise or products can be refunded or replaced within 7 days of receipt if they are damaged, defective, lost, or stolen during transit.

• Non-Refundable Items: Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear; pre-orders or limited edition items unless defective.

4. Conduct & Safety

• All festival-goers must comply with local laws and venue regulations.

• PopCultureAsia reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone exhibiting unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

• Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. PopCultureAsia is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content on the PopCultureAsia website, including images, text, logos, and media, is owned by PopCultureAsia or its partners.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content from the site without prior written permission.

6. Privacy & Data Use

• Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• By using our website or purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection and use of your data for ticketing, marketing, and communication purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• PopCultureAsia and its affiliates are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or property damage at the event

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to festival attendance or ticket purchase

• Attendance at the festival is at your own risk.

8. Force Majeure

• PopCultureAsia is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

• In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

• Any disputes arising from your use of the website, purchase of tickets, or attendance at the festival will be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
